Seems that on the face of it Randy Repola has the title, but Rich Widmer is still getting paid and receiving full benefits. Perhaps that’s because he’s still doing the job he did before his supposed retirement – NOTHING!
Perhaps he’s being paid for what he knows about certain Town officials?
