The Trail has decided to get on board and print an informative study regarding Home Rule. The study was conducted at the request of Grand Lake. This is an important study put together for a town that was really interested in getting informed on Home Rule. It is interesting that our own town government hasn't made any effort to inform the public, even though Baudek and the trustees declared the issue "an emergency." It would be interesting to find out what caused the "emergency."
