The Park Theater Mall burned to the ground Monday October 19, 2009.
No lives were lost, no one was injured, no crime committed. It was an accident.
It is in the hands of the insurance companies now.

Fire District : Who would vote yes to a tax increase that doesn’t increase service? Will the fire department be; Bigger-Stronger- Better-Cheaper? No! If voters use their heads – not emotion- the fire district will go down, AGAIN
School District: This is easy; vote the incumbents Todd and Tony. The current board works well, efficient and transparent with deep local roots. State budget cut backs will force all school districts in Colorado to make sacrifices. In the next couple of years our school district has serious budget decisions to make, being in tune with community standards is paramount. This board doesn’t need divisive politics introduced.
EPURA: In the local press 10/23/09 town officials threatened the Estes Park Voters. If the citizens of Estes Park vote to retire the Urban Renewal Authority, they will go to court to over turn your vote! Enough said.
